Meet Maria Marriott

Personal Trainer | Transformation Coach

Maria’s journey is built on resilience, discipline, and real-world experience.

She began her transformation by losing over 38kg — going from 90kg down to 52kg through consistent training, structure, and commitment.

This personal journey is the foundation of how she now helps others achieve real, lasting results.

Following her transformation, Maria went on to successfully pass Army fitness testing.

However, after being diagnosed with MS, her path took an unexpected turn.

Rather than stepping back, she chose to set a new challenge — going on to compete in, and win, a bodybuilding competition.

Maria also has a strong understanding of the demands of military fitness and lifestyle, with her husband serving 6 years across both full-time and reserve roles in a combat unit, including multiple deployments.

She knows firsthand what it takes to prepare for fitness tests, stay consistent under pressure, and perform when it matters most.

Her coaching focuses on structure, accountability, and simple systems that deliver real, sustainable results.
